Will comes from a deep family of restaurant professionals. As a child, he was a constant presence at his parents' restaurants, admiring the little things like the sound of ice water filling glasses, wine bottles being popped, knives smacking cutting boards in rhythm, and the fresh aromas of herbs and garlic in kitchens.

While attending the University of Maryland as an English major, Will worked as a server at various popular restaurants in Columbia. Recognizing his passion for the industry, he worked hard to move up the ranks. Eventually, as a General Manager, he opened Facci in Turf Valley, a popular Italian restaurant in Howard County noted for its great selection of Italian wines.

In November 2013, he decided to sacrifice his position at Facci to become the Assistant General Manager at Ten Ten. He saw the opportunity to move into the growing Bagby Restaurant Group with like-minded professionals in the heart of food-centric Harbor East and he couldn't resist. In August 2014, he was promoted to General Manager.
