Chef Hufnagel is a Baltimore native and graduate from the culinary program at Baltimore International College in 2005. He has spent many years in some of the best kitchens in Baltimore including Henry’s Bistro, Tarq’s Grill, and The City Café under Chef Chad Gauss.
He joined the Bagby Restaurant Group in 2013 as a Sous Chef and was instrumental in the opening of Cunningham’s to glowing reviews. He now brings his strong sense of American cuisine to Ten Ten, where he aims to add his creative touch to its menu and continue its popularity for refined, seasonal comfort food.
