Stephen London began his career in the restaurant industry as a food runner in an Irish Pub. It wasn’t until years later when he began bartending that he truly fell in love with the culinary world. He enjoyed learning the history of food & drink, practicing his craft, and sharing a sense of community with guests at the bar. Stephen received his Bachelors from Towson University and his Masters in English Literature from the University of Kent.

Stephen has been with Bagby Restaurant Group for several years, first as a server at Cunningham’s, then as Bar Manager & Assistant General Manager of Cunningham’s, and now as General Manager of Ten Ten. As the General Manager, Stephen’s goal is to train the right people the right way and make sure they have the support they need – letting them take pride in their job as individuals working towards a common goal. His goal is to deliver a wonderful and memorable experience to all of our guests and the best way to do that, he says, is to let his staff shine as unique people who each bring something of themselves to the restaurant.
